7 Nights
Two Five-star Resorts
Private Accomodation
€5,000
There are places we visit because they invite us into a different experience of life. Bali is one of those places.
Here, devotion and ordinary life coexist. Temples inhabit villages, forests and cliffs. Water, volcanic earth, fire, ceremony, food, movement and community become part of the rhythm of daily life.
Embodied Heart is an invitation to step into that world with curiosity. Not simply to visit Bali, but to allow ourselves to meet it.
Because something happens when a person meets a place, and allows the place to meet them too.
Each Adventure is created as a journey of its own.
Embodied Heart will exist once, in this place, with these people, at this moment in time.
Our adventures are not built around a conference room or a fixed retreat schedule.
We will move, through landscapes, experiences, culture, conversation, breath and the body. From the lush interior of Ubud to the expansive coastline of Uluwatu, the outer journey and the inner experience will continually meet.
Here is some of what awaits.
Every environment, experience and transition has been chosen with intention. But not everything needs to be known before we begin. Some experiences are better encountered in the moment, and some parts of the Adventure have deliberately been left for you to discover.
The unknown is part of the Adventure too.
What Bali allowed me to meet in myself.
Bali demonstrated something simple: acceptance of the invisible forces as inherent to everyday life.
The evidence of this lived acceptance found its way into everything.
It offered me the opportunity to try it out within myself, to welcome all of me as one being, alive and designed as I am on purpose.
Embodied Heart grew from that experience, and from the curiosity of what this place might invite you to meet within yourself.
Two five-star resorts, each offering a different relationship with Bali and a different quality within the journey.
Private rooms for every participant.
Lush vegetation, jungle views, and a quieter beginning.
High above the treetops, opening towards the light and the horizon.
Embodied Heart grew from something Emilie and Lyne have shared for years: a love of travel, exploration and the ways unfamiliar places can change how we meet life.
After spending seven years travelling the world, Emilie has continued to make adventure an important part of her life and work.
She brings intuitive perception, breathwork and years of experience creating and holding immersive spaces for individuals and groups, along with a passion for making the invisible tangible.
Living largely as a nomad since 2022, Lyne has travelled independently through South America, Mexico, Europe, India, Morocco and beyond.
Her exploration of yoga, mantra, ecstatic dance and other embodied practices informs what Lyne brings most naturally: presence. She brings movement, expression and an openness to the journey.
Different paths. A shared love for meeting life through experience.
As our local collaborator, she plays an important role in bringing Embodied Heart to life on the ground in Bali.
Through her local knowledge and network, she helps coordinate the Adventure, connects us with trusted guides, and prepares our arrival at each location with great care.
You don’t need to arrive looking for transformation or with something that needs fixing.
And you don’t need to know what the Adventure is supposed to give you.
But you do need to be willing to participate.
To be curious. To enter the unfamiliar. To meet Bali through your body as well as your heart. To share an experience with others. To allow plans to meet reality. And to discover something you may not have known to look for.
Embodied Heart is for people who are willing to meet life with an open heart, making space for the visible and the invisible.
Embodied Heart is an active experience involving walking, climbing and time outdoors in Bali’s tropical climate. On some days, you can expect several kilometres of walking, uneven paths and steps, heat and humidity, a two-hour sunrise ascent of Mount Batur, and time as a scooter passenger.
You don’t need to be an athlete, but you should have a reasonable level of fitness and mobility and feel comfortable participating in an Adventure that sometimes asks you to move beyond your usual routine.
The rhythm of the journey has been designed with both movement and restoration in mind. Physical challenge will be balanced with opportunities to slow down, rest and enjoy the environments we have chosen.

Let's talk about the Adventure
I’d be happy to answer your questions and explore whether Embodied Heart feels like the right Adventure for you.
Already know you’d like to join us?
Can I come on my own?
Yes. The Adventure is designed as a group experience, and you do not need to know another participant before joining.
Do I need to have worked with Emilie or Lyne, or have specific experience to participate?
No. You do not need to have worked with Emilie or Lyne before, and no previous experience with breathwork, yoga, meditation or intuitive practices is required.
Everything will be introduced and guided along the way. What matters is not your experience, but your willingness to participate, remain curious and meet the unfamiliar with openness. You will always be encouraged to respect your own pace and limits.
How physically demanding is the Adventure?
The Adventure involves moderate physical activity, including walking, tropical conditions, scooter travel and the Mount Batur sunrise ascent. You do not need advanced fitness, but reasonable mobility and endurance are important.
Why is the group limited to 12 participants?
The group is intentionally limited to 12 so the Adventure can remain personal, responsive and easy to move through. It allows Emilie and Lyne to know each participant, respond to what arises and give attention to both the individual and collective experience.
It also enables us to travel through Bali and enter the places we visit without becoming a large tour group. Twelve brings enough variety and energy to the group while preserving genuine connection.
What will the weather be like?
Late May and early June usually mark the transition into Bali’s early dry season. We can expect warm, humid conditions with increasing sunshine and daytime temperatures of approximately 28–31°C. Tropical showers are still possible, although they are often brief.
Conditions will also vary as we move through the island. Ubud tends to feel more humid and may receive more rain, while Uluwatu is often sunnier and breezier. Higher elevations and the pre-dawn Mount Batur ascent can feel surprisingly cool.
Why will we sometimes travel by scooter?
Ubud’s traffic can be extremely busy, and journeys that are short in distance can take a considerable amount of time by car. For some local activities, travelling as passengers with experienced local scooter drivers allows us to move more easily through the city and spend more of our day experiencing Bali rather than sitting in traffic.
For longer journeys and whenever it is more appropriate, we will travel by private minibus.
How do meals work during the Adventure?
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are provided throughout the Adventure, but our days won’t always follow a conventional meal schedule. Meals will be coordinated around our activities, travel and the natural rhythm of each day, and may sometimes be lighter, earlier, later or offered in a different form.
Participation in every meal is, of course, optional. We want you to be able to listen to your own appetite and what your body needs rather than eat simply because a meal is included.
Additional snacks, personal refreshments and alcoholic beverages are not included.
What about food and diatery requirements?
We will do our best to accommodate dietary requirements throughout the Adventure. Before we travel, you will be asked to let us know about any allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences so these can be communicated in advance to our accommodation, restaurants and local partners.
Because some meals will be experienced in local settings and as part of particular activities, not every dietary preference can necessarily be accommodated in every location. If you have a severe food allergy or a dietary requirement that requires strict food preparation or avoidance of cross-contamination, please speak with Emilie before reserving your place so we can establish whether it can be safely accommodated.
When do I book my flights?
You arrange your own flights to and from Bali. The Adventure’s first workshop begins at 4pm on Sunday May 30 and the Adventure officially closes at 3pm on Sunday June 6. You are responsible for coordinating your travel with the Adventure.
How do airport transfers work?
Airport transfers are included between Bali’s international airport and our Adventure accommodation on the official arrival and departure days. We will provide recommended arrival and departure windows so that transfers can be coordinated efficiently.
If you choose to arrive in Bali earlier, stay longer, or stay elsewhere on the island before or after the Adventure, we will be happy to provide the information you need to meet the group, but any additional private transportation will be your responsibility.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. Comprehensive travel insurance is required for all participants and must be in place for the duration of your trip.
Before the Adventure, you will be asked to provide your insurer’s name, policy number and emergency assistance contact details so that we can access this information if support is needed during the journey.
Your policy should provide appropriate cover for your personal circumstances and the activities you will be participating in, as well as medical emergencies, evacuation and trip disruption or cancellation. It is your responsibility to ensure that the policy you choose provides adequate cover for your participation in the Adventure.
How do I express my interest in joining?
You can request a conversation with Emilie to ask questions, explore whether the Adventure feels right for you and discuss anything you would like to understand before committing.
If you already know you would like to join us, you can request your place directly. We will confirm availability and provide the booking terms and deposit information needed to secure it.
Sometimes it begins long before we arrive.
With curiosity.
With an image we can’t quite forget.
With the sense that somewhere, something is inviting us to come a little closer.
If Embodied Heart is creating that kind of curiosity in you, perhaps it’s time to find out where it leads.
